How to use this roadmap
Simple flow to keep momentum and avoid scope drift.
  1. Pick a phase at the top (Phase 0 is "start scraping immediately"), or click All for full overview.
  2. Work column by column: crawler → DB/search → WP plugin → theme → infra.
  3. Use the filter box or tag filters (Now / Next / Future / Risk) to focus your session.
  4. Click a task to expand details — add notes, assignee, due date, blockers, and subtasks.
  5. Drag & drop tasks within a column to reorder priorities.
  6. Use keyboard shortcuts: J/K to navigate, X to toggle, E to expand, 1-6 for phases.
  7. Undo/Redo: Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y (or the toolbar buttons).
  8. Click column headers to collapse/expand columns you're not working on.
  9. Export your progress JSON to share it with the team or move devices.
  10. Use Encryption to set a password — content is AES-256 encrypted in storage.
  11. History lets you restore previous snapshots (auto-saved every time you make changes).
  12. Toggle light/dark mode for different environments.
  13. Print the page (Ctrl+P) for a clean PDF export.

Note: this is client-side only. Shareable links encode phase & filter in the URL hash.

Version History
Restore a previous snapshot of your progress.
Up to 20 snapshots are kept. Oldest are removed automatically.
